Coworking is where I work every day.
I oversee strategy and operations for a Dallas coworking space, including member experience, partnerships, events, facilities, and billing. I also advise and strategize with founders and space owners to bring their vision to life. That experience goes into every engagement with a coworking owner or operator, and it helps me improve operational efficiency and community engagement together.
Member Experience and Community Building
Members stay when they feel they belong, and belonging starts with the people already inside your space. I oversee member experience strategy and programming, curating community from the inside out by starting with members' needs and connections and letting culture grow from there. The result is a community people want to be part of.
Partnerships, Events, and Programming
I build venue and community partnerships with nonprofits and business associations, write the MoUs that formalize them, and manage room and event bookings. I also run local vendor showcases that put neighborhood businesses in front of your members.
Operations, Facilities, and A/R
The work behind the scenes keeps a space running: facilities coordination, billing, and recovering past-due payments. My space shares a building with residential lofts, so I know how to host lively events while respecting the neighbors upstairs, from the right room and end time to clear noise terms in every agreement.
Team, Leadership, and Succession
I lead a member-experience team and plan for the day a key person moves on. Right now I'm designing a university internship pilot to build a pipeline for that role, so your member experience doesn't depend on one person.
